Billing meadow — 14 km from Bir via a scenic mountain drive. The launch window opens between 9am and 2pm depending on thermals.

October–November for the Paragliding World Cup thermals. March–May for clear skies. Avoid July–August monsoon months.

Comfortable shoes, light jacket, sunscreen. Operators provide helmets and harnesses. GoPro footage often available for purchase.

Only fly with certified operators. Bir's landing zone is flat, clear, and well-managed — one of the safest in the world.
